Under his strategic leadership, Arsh Group has evolved into a diversified business conglomerate with an estimated enterprise value of nearly ₹1,500 crore, spanning multiple sectors and a growing international footprint. Key Investment Manager & Strategic Advisor

Satish V. Kulkarni is an engineer and MBA with over 20 years in financial services and BFSI, spanning lending, insurance, asset management, investment products, and advisory. At Aditya Birla Capital he was Zonal Head – Distribution (South India), managing a network of 3,500+ partners across five southern states with nearly ₹2,500 crore in assets under advice. He has also worked in investment banking, capital raising for mid-sized corporates, and the turnaround of stressed assets, and now leads sourcing, evaluation, and structuring of investments for the fund.
